What's Included

Your full/mini session includes approximately 20/40 fully edited digital images delivered via a private Lightroom gallery within 2 weeks of your session date.

Deposit & Payment

A non-refundable deposit of $62.50/$100 is required to secure your booking within 48 hours of confirming a date. The remaining balance is due on or before the date of your session.

Cancellation Policy — Client

If the client cancels within 24 hours of the scheduled session, the deposit is non-refundable. Cancellations made with more than 24 hours notice may be eligible for rescheduling subject to availability.

Cancellation Policy — Photographer

In the unlikely event that hannahfroesephotos must cancel your session, every effort will be made to reschedule at a mutually agreeable date within one month. If a new date cannot be agreed upon within that time, a full refund of all amounts paid will be issued.

Refunds

Refunds will not be issued. RAW images are kept for 60 days after the date of the shoot. If the client is unhappy with any of the images, up to 5 images may be selected for minor re-edits. Any more are subject to an additional charge of $10 per image.  If a client would like to select any more photos from the shoot after the agreed-upon images have been delivered, up to 10 images can be selected and edited at $10/image. 60 days after the session, all images will be deleted.

Image Rights & Usage

Hannah Froese of hannahfroesephotos retains full copyright of all images captured during the session. The client is granted a personal use license to print and share their images for non-commercial purposes.

hannahfroesephotos reserves the right to use any images from this session for portfolio, website, and social media purposes.

If you would prefer your images not be shared publicly, please initial below:
